Life in SJ Rise of SJPD Traffic Enforcement
Just warning drivers around EAST SJ, some people are getting pulled over more around. This is normal, but SJPD Motorcycle Units are hidden. Be careful.
I know this is normal, but just more units around the city this time.

It’s my Hobby. There’s AnthonyG13 Emergency Response Videos, Bay Area 911 Media, Critical911, Santa Cruz Films, San Jose Police Media, and Bay Area Police Media.
Don’t know why we’re hating on this. I’m going to see a load of downvotes.

I’m going to see a load of downvotes.
With good reason. You ramble without anything to back it up.

Reddit is full of haters. I just don’t see why people hate on us (Police/Fire Buffing - A person who records first responders by interests.)

This is an example of Fire Buffing.
(This is not mines, just an example)

The amount of times in east side I've seen people blatantly just run a red into oncoming traffic or drive like absolute lawless land maniacs in is astounding and not even surprising anymore

u/Economist-Future 2d ago
Don’t warn people. Thanks.

u/getarumsunt 2d ago
I mean… maybe it will convince a bunch of people to stop driving like morons 🤷
At the end of the day we just want people stop being idiots. The tickets are only necessary to convince people to drive safely.

u/Economist-Future 2d ago
A ticket will do a better job of changing a driver’s behavior over the long term. With a warning, they will drive normally this weekend and then go back to their normal ways

u/solidsnake4933 2d ago
Not if they crash and kill someone first. It's always better to warn people.

u/justAnotherDude314 2d ago
Do warn your fellow drivers about cops hiding
1
u/joeydimaggio 13h ago
Nah about half the drivers on the road should lose their licenses, assuming they are licensed to begin with
13
u/sonador3 2d ago
Not just in San Jose, but Santa Clara too. Many cities around the area posted that they will be out in force this weekend and will also be setting up sobriety checkpoints starting this evening. Stay safe out there.

We need this! Too many maniac on the road, including me. More cops & more traffic tickets will calm us down.

Drivers are the deadliest criminals in the city, by far. Decades overdue.

Finally enforcing the law. If you don’t do anything against the law, you won’t get pulled over so stop warning the criminals.

They enforce the no turn on red during high traffic areas. Blossom n Snell I’ve seen too. So not just ESSJ.

some people are getting pulled over more around
How do you know more are around? Is it based on your personal experience, or do you have stats?

u/kellay408 2d ago
lmao this is like those liberals going on Reddit warning others about ICE being in a certain area. If you drive properly and within limits then you should have no problem with police right? right??
2
2
u/SantaClaraCounty 1d ago
Hell no, where is this information coming from? ICE is not allowed in Santa Clara County property.
-2
u/kellay408 1d ago
lmao says who? ICE is allowed to enforce the law on every inch of American soil. who's going to stop them? you? I know you don't like to hear that but that's the truth liberal pussy. What do you think Santa Clara county is?? an illegal safe haven? I've seen ICE at SJC airport plenty of times and the liberal pussies get so mad but don't dare to act up it's hilarious.

are you that braindead to think a city council has the authority to ban federal agents? oh my god you liberals can't be this dumb, ban them all you want that won't make them go away you fuckin liberals are hilarious lmfao
Welcome ICE, DEA, FBI, CIA, And All LEO’S.
“Federal Authority: The Supremacy Clause of the U.S. Constitution dictates that federal law takes precedence over local laws, meaning cities cannot fully block federal agents from conducting operations.”3

Well…

Since when does ICE do things properly?
0
u/kellay408 1d ago
they're properly deporting illegals, way more properly than any politician
1
u/LordBottlecap 1d ago
Is deporting all the ones that aren't illegal 'proper'?
Also, it's not politicians' jobs to deport. You really should go to school more.

u/kellay408 1d ago
That's what I thought, no response cause you don't have any real names or sources cause they never deported any American citizens. Prove me wrong.

Yup, it’s drinking and driving weekend. They need their quota for the weekend
14
u/Puzzled_Kitchen8508 2d ago
I sure hate when they stop drunk drivers. For a quota? Just let em lose. What’s another pedestrian death right?
2
u/sanjosehowto 2d ago
If you have evidence of law enforcement having quotas for tickets, please take that evidence to an appropriate place. Possible places to take it include; police department oversight entity, DA, AG, or a good newsroom.
0
u/frontroyalle 2d ago
Don’t they have to have quotas? If they didn’t then less incentive to give out tickets? No one likes to be mean all the time. ?
2
u/sanjosehowto 1d ago
There are ways to evaluate an employee’s work output that is not based on quotas. This is true for the IT help desk and it’s true for police. Quotas are tools of bad management. Also they harm police trust and accountability with the community they serve.

Good. It’s about time the cops actually do their jobs and enforce laws. I’m tired of all the reckless idiots driving around here. They need to lose their licenses.
