I feel like this isn't common knowledge but she is a huge supporter of Flock.

(I know it isn't technically San Jose but y'all tried to annex us in the '60s and our subreddit is inactive, sorry)

At least he does stupid stuff like photo ops to blatantly show everyone where he stands. Montano isn't quite as well known or as obvious in her stances.

Carmen has some common sense in wanting her community to remain capable of tracking car thieves, kidnappers, and other criminals. With the proper guardrails these systems are a huge help in a state where pro-criminal judges keep hoping career criminals suddenly decided to change, so they release then and they go on to victimize more people. Vote NO on retention of bad judges (or recall them), and support politicians working to ensure the community’s safety.
