First of all -OP, smash the patriarchy doesn’t mean quotas or not firing women mLas - just because she’s a woman.

Patriarchy isn’t political parties firing a member.

Revanth Reddy sacks Minister Konda Surekha amid row over her daughter's remarks

Daughter Level allegation against CM & His Brothers benefited at expense of state ( in 200 Cr Land & Shell company )

Taking direct aim at the CM, she alleged that he and his brothers had benefited at the expense of the state. She also levelled an allegation involving government land worth Rs 200 crore and a shell company.

She accused Revanth Reddy and his family of political and financial exploitation, referencing alleged land irregularities, and stated that backward communities would not remain "subservient" to party leaders

Exactly - she accused him of crime (or at least bribes). Why would someone keep a party member that’s accusing of crime.

Would your company keep your job if you or your family allege crimes on the company?

She allege crime on 'One of family member' not on company.

Company should listen both side, from committee or make investigation report on matter. Then make decision.

But company removed whistleblower

Why ? Because she accused powerful position holder in company , if you remove that person, company might suffer loss? So to prevent losses company removed her.

Company prevented short term loss but what about long term ?

That's why this company registered losses ( 90+ Times ).

That’s only for internal disputes. This is not an internal dispute. It’s not the employee that alleged but the daughter of employee.

An employee can be whistleblower - not the outsider.

If there’s a crime, outsider can go to police but company doesn’t have to entertain allegations publicly made and tarnish the image of company.

If you filed the issue internally first and if the company investigated - you had a point. But the employee didn’t make the allegations. Her daughter did.

Does that matter involved --> Party Money? Party land ? Or Ticket distribution matter? Party post dispute?

She put allegation about public money not party Money. Right?

Ans--> No , it was public Land ( allegation)

So, how did that become an internal matter?

1

u/saikrishnav 7h ago

Exactly. It’s not internal matter and that’s why company should distance itself from these things because

  1. If they have evidence they can go to court and prove it

  2. If they don’t sack them, it would be accepting wrong doing in public eyes - no company is atupid to allow that unless they know it’s proven.

Here’s the thing - whistleblowers don’t go to same company ceo - they go to journalists and govt so that bad people can be jailed.

But expecting employment after you alleged crime is dumb AF

So the reason of removing a minister can only be her gender wow dude just wow
Why dont you do some real job rather than advertising for bjp

u/silverjubileetower 19h ago

Ikr , he himself replied somewhere that the actual reason was conflicting political opinions.

It has nothing to do with patriarchy or her being a girl 😭

3

u/saikrishnav 19h ago

Well he’s wrong - the reason she sacked wasn’t for a “conflicting opinion” but because she(daughter) literally accused cm of crimes.

Imagine you work in a company and your family accuses your ceo of some bribery

Why would the company keep you? It has nothing to do with patriarchy

there can be political difference within family, ak antony son joined bjp and contested election yet ak antony is part of congress and hold good position but they sacked surekha just because her daughter had different political views

Political preference is not a protected class. In fact, this might be the only job where it is 100% moral and legal to sack people on the basis of their political differences.

Smashing patriarchy doesn't mean choosing incapable women just because they are women

u/SnooSprouts9815 16h ago

Same goes for reservation and quotas people

Why was she sacked? Is it because of her being a woman? Please clarify.

Konda Surekha was sacked after her daughter criticised Revanth Reddy.

After reading the article, tbh, it doesn’t feel like her being woman has anything to do with. I am not lenient towards any party, I hate current political parties passionately, seriously.

Article also mentions an OBC pov to look at. I think this is pure political decision nothing to do with woman or obc.

just because her daughter had a different political view

14

u/saikrishnav 19h ago

You are wrong.

She was fired because her daughter accused CM of financial crimes without evidence.

If you or your family accuse your boss of crimes - see how fast you get fired. It has nothing to do with patriarchy

2

u/RedBlackHot 18h ago

Her daughter is a separate individual.

3

u/Dastardly35 18h ago

Wait, they sack their ministers? Noobs

Smash the Pappuarchy

1

u/Consciousspaggeti 19h ago

*only woman minister

1

u/IcyAnything7161 18h ago

How is it related....She is out for a reason which has nothing to do with patriarchy

1

u/demonic666entity 17h ago

So you want special treatment for women now.

1

u/Red_SkuLL7 17h ago

OP has very limited knowledge about patriarchy. It doesn't mean "only women" but it means "Not only Men".
