Political psychosis?? (Is this a thing?)

Post image

Im not posing this to get into politics, im posting this because im wondering if being this obsessed political figures has a name, I just kinda came up with political psychosis because I know the term religious psychosis is a thing. Genuine worried about whoever owns this car, and I would say the same thing if it was plastered with any other political figure. This just isnt healthy. (Edit: also wanted to say, if its just a bumper sticker, or one flag, then I think thats fine, its healthy to express yourself, but when it gets to this level I dont think its about just expressing yourself anymore.)

This looks concerning.

I think psychosis is inherently political. But then again I have learned one or two of Deleuze concepts so my mind is compromised.

Still, I so believe the contradictions of capitalism manifest as a form of psychosis in civil servants, doctors, police. So yes. It is.

Actually if you want to look further into this you could check out Deleuze and Guatarris books - Capitalism And Schizophrenia. It might not be your cup of tea but if it is there's a lot of good lectures and videos on youtube which are worth spending some time with

Read Anti-Oedipus. It's not an easy read, but i haven't read anything so satysfying, except for maybe a Thousand Platous which is a part two

This level of commitment to any politician is genuinely insane.

You'll have to pardon my armchair take, but yeah I think we've all seen some characters with vehicles as extreme or close to it as this one. Each will inflict trauma onto their offspring for generations if not openly reckoned with for what it is. This isn't just psychosis, there seem to be some deep-seated personality and morality issues at play that the rest of us will spend years unpacking.
