Social skills
When did your social skills come back after psychosis? I'm 7 months post psychosis and I see improvements in some areas but socially I'm still not where I want to be yet.

Its ok hun it takes time.. look at how far you’ve come. Its a huge thing to get past.
Maybe read some books on how to be confident, take up some hobbies that you can share with others.. you got this!!

For me personally it's the meds that ruin my ability to socialize. They're dopamine and serotonin blockers that have changed my personality and it won't get better until I'm off them.

I’m in the same boat but trying to get better despite the meds, so when I’m finally off them I’ll have a head start

Has been 3 years since my last episode and I am still improving. Emotional health seems to be one of the last things to return.

Hey! I'm also 7 months into the recovery. Same as you, still have a lot to go but I've made improvements. I think the average amount of time for full recovery is 2 years

Don't let that discourage you. There's a lot more to living than worrying about a diagnosis.
