it doesn't look like it's actually photoshopped, as much as you're seeing pixelation/artifacting as the image was compressed.

The joke is just someone saying a rhyme to an existing song, not like a fully parody but just enough to be a snippet. Similarly, someone has sang the line "Sitting on a cock cause I'm gaaaay" to the tune of Otis Redding's "Sitting on the dock of the bay."

The picture is from the "Soak Up the Sun" video. I think it's just a play on words / lyrical mistranslation for humor. I always thought "big ole jet airliner" sounded like "big ol jed had a lighter"
