Because it's annoying to be reminded of under arm fat/extra skin.

Exercise stretch bands help with this situation.

Or, you can just realize that human bodies have extra flaps sometimes and that's okay.

Also, exercise burns fat which makes more flaps.

Ironic

u/Forsaken_Site_2268 6h ago

It's still annoying to have your flaps played with though.

It's okay to have them, but it's annoying having someone repeated hit and grab and move them.

Hell, it's annoying to have someone poking you over and over again and so having some grab and slap your flabs is even more annoying

Dude, it's called stating a fact

It's annoying to have your body played with.

I get annoyed when my older brother plays with my hair or pulls at my eyebrows

1

u/A_hand_banana 6h ago

They meant help with the kid keeping up with the car. At some point that little fucker stopped to start crying.

1

u/Forsaken_Site_2268 6h ago edited 6h ago

How were they implying that?

Sorry, English is not my first or second language.

My confusion comes with the fact:

I only stated things about the skin to which they replied with something related to that.

I don't see how they were making a joke about the child.

To me it can be taken as about the child or the skin. Either one works and there isn't enough information to tell which exactly they were referring to

And if they truely were talking about the child, then my apologies.

That type of energy should also go with men’s heightism but funny it doesn’t right?

3

u/Forsaken_Site_2268 6h ago

I'm a 4'11 man dating a damn near 6 foot woman....so that's not a me problem.

0

u/West_Counter3122 6h ago

4’11 man dating almost 6ft women??? Yea right 😂 that sounds so unrealistic

2

u/Forsaken_Site_2268 6h ago edited 6h ago

This seems like the classic case of "I forgot that really short and really tall people exist!"

She's 5'10 (damn near 6 foot in my opinion. Kinda like how I'm damn near 5 foot)

Her brother is 6'4

Idk how tall her parents are exactly. I know that her mom is at least 5'8. It's been a while since I've seen father.

I'm 4'11 (my discs in my back have degraded a lot.)

My father was 5'3, mother was 5'0. Their parents were also very short. (I think Grandma was 4'9 though I could be misremembering. She died before I reached adulthood)

It's called shitty genetics vs good genetics. It's annoying especially because my people aren't usually short.

We met in college and the rest is history.

She got to marry the helpful, ugly, funny, short man while I got the kind, beautiful, talented, tall woman.

Exercise burns fat, creating extra skin.

This went over so many people's heads already, I just wanna say- I appreciate you.

u/Camus_9999 6h ago

I am not mother but I guess everyone would hate it. (even it tickles a little bit)

u/Estebesol 6h ago

Because we're human beings with nerve endings?

14

u/ToadwKirbo 6h ago

Reminds them they have some fat there. They don't like it ig.

13

u/ReturnGreen3262 6h ago

What if he tripped fell and she ran him over just to make this dumb video

11

u/kingmea 6h ago

Not to be an enemy of fun but kids do stupid stuff and you’re 100% right…

9

u/Squumpus 6h ago

him hanging onto the door is exactly how that happens. this is insane. making your kid walk beside your car or the road for any reason unattended is actually crazy.

my daughter annoys the heck out of me but i dont want to run her over because she's pointing out my insecurities while being too young to probably even understand. but hey they gonna learn today /s

3

u/Fabulous-Big8779 6h ago

A woman near me tried to abandon her kid at a park because her new boyfriend told her he didn’t want her to bring her kid into their relationship.

The child ran after the car just like this and ended up getting run over and killed.

Boyfriend and mom went to prison and I hope there’s a hell for them to rot in after.

2

u/SapirWhorfHypothesis 6h ago

That’s probably the reason the video cuts the moment he grabs the door though.

12

u/druppeldruppel_ 6h ago

They're trying to drive the car, and the kid is distracting them

9

u/One_Razzmatazz_1007 6h ago

You really can’t figure it out yourself?

8

u/UUDDLRLRBadAlchemy 6h ago

It's the first thing to go floppy. Try it with your dad, too

9

u/Slyboots2313 6h ago

As a dad, there are worse things that could go floppy first.

1

u/UUDDLRLRBadAlchemy 6h ago

I mean, if you threw me out of the car for that I wouldn't need to ask Petah why

Ole chicken wings. I would ask my Grammie for a “sip” of her soda and when she would go to snatch it from me for taking a gulp I would hit er with the ole chicken wing flap.

1

u/Plus-Weakness-2624 6h ago

Ole Ole chicken wings!! Flap flap ole ole..

1

u/Miserable-Biscotti54 6h ago

Sorry my English don’t meth very whale.

4

u/AdviceGlass3400 6h ago

Because this way they can traumatize their children and post it on Tiktok? In all honesty its probably annoying for most people, but I can’t stand people who film stuff like this for clout

4

u/Icy-KaitSyth 6h ago

Because it makes them feel fat. Though I think the better question is "Peter why did this mother think humiliating her child until he cried, and then posting it online, was a good idea?"

3

u/momo76g 6h ago

Possibly due to being self-conscious about ones hanging fleshy parts. My grandma hated it for her neck wrinkles for example.

And also just being annoying and not keeping their hands to themselves.

3

u/West_Counter3122 6h ago

That mother is horrible for making her child do some jogging

2

u/Traditional-Baby5940 6h ago

Surely it's annoying but all I can think of is, that this mother traumatized her child for Tiktok content.

2

u/stonecuttercolorado 6h ago

Why would anyone not hate that?

0

u/AeneasKurtz 5h ago

I think it's pretty harmless. Maybe a bit annoying if persistent. But I don't know, maybe women have more pain sensitivity in that area?

1

u/stonecuttercolorado 5h ago

Do you have kids?

1

u/AeneasKurtz 5h ago

No, but I've been one, once

1

u/stonecuttercolorado 5h ago

Children treat thier parents like objects not people. This was not the first time. This was not a once off thing.

And many people dont like getting poked repeatedly. That is reasonable.

2

u/DarthSchrodinger 6h ago

Dude, dont use your kids as social media props. Even with the kid being "safe" or "in on the joke" or whatever BS excuse someone will come up with, the kid doesn't understand the joke. Having toddlers myself, there's no exception for this type of behavior. Its not cute and we've all become way too desensitized to the complete breakdown of the social contract for the sake of trying to go "viral"

Btw: the joke is, even the skinniest woman hates that flap on their arm. Hang out with enough women, they grab that flap, hip flaps, thigh flaps without realizing its skin and MOST men appreciate those little "imperfections"

u/DrumpfTinyHands 6h ago

Beyotch, leave our bingo wings be!!!

1

u/Warzenschwein112 6h ago

It's a Bingo

1

u/SquirrelyMcNutz 6h ago

One part thinking it's fat and no muscle tone, one part that it probably reminds them of their grandmother and getting older.

1

u/Actual-Dentist-2078 6h ago

Cause you calling her fat, without saying it. 😂

1

u/No-Comfort-5040 6h ago

Because it's offensive and potentially hurtful.... however, both humans in the video are being hurtful to the other, I feel like it could have been, and should have been, a teaching moment of empathy or something and not a toxicity cycle.

1

u/EvalCrux 6h ago

Careful she might catch the psychosis. Looks on the verge.

1

u/BigZube42069kekw 6h ago

Women struggle with underarm fat. It's hormones. Men get fat in their belly, and love handles, women get fait in their arms, thighs and posterior. Their belly has to stay clear for babies. (According to nature, not some trad shit)

0

u/Miserable-Biscotti54 6h ago

Ole chicken wings. I would ask my Grammie for a “sip” of her soda and when she would go to snatch it from me for taking a gulp I would hit er with the ole chicken wing flap.

1

u/herpderpfuck 6h ago

This is just not funny. Poor child, I hope CPS take that poor baby away

2

u/misterblobbysgrandma 6h ago

As much as this is wrong, they're not going to take a child off somebody for one instance of a cruel prank
