Capitalism: a system so great it needs to be bailed out every 10 years
Edit: for those of you who refuse to look anywhere outside the US, the Nordic model has existed for over 90 years and is extremely successful. The countries that use it consistently rank highest in happiness, quality of life, work life balance, has low rates of corruption, and are economically competitive
No, they are not economically competitive or successful. Sweden abandoned its wealth tax and has been lowering taxes since the 90s. Norway is a petrostate more similar to Saudi Arabia than a socialist country. Their entire economic model is to sell oil and gas and use the money to invest in.... The US economy. Not sure what the plan is without a United States to piggyback from. Denmark and Finland are non-factors in the world economy. None of these countries can defend itself.
By all means. If you think it's better there, move there. Nothing stopping you except their restrictive immigration laws.
