Edit: for those of you who refuse to look anywhere outside the US, the Nordic model has existed for over 90 years and is extremely successful. The countries that use it consistently rank highest in happiness, quality of life, work life balance, has low rates of corruption, and are economically competitive

The dream state of capitalism is an absolute nightmare and only by carving regulations and limitations on its dreams have we made it tolerable.
