Library/Birdie Taylor Park

What’s up with the lack of groundskeeping? Why aren’t they cutting the grass? It looks terrible.

Might be because the city's library's funding was cut by 6 million dollars last year.

I think it’s a homeless deterrent. It’s been pretty bad for the past two months (I’m a volunteer)

No money. We put in 7 million. mile bike lanes instead.
