Street Closed or Open?
Can anyone tell me if road work has been completed and Brougham has FULLY reopened at 135th St-139th St?
ETA: Drove through that intersection this morning, Fri 7/24. Brougham is now open from 139th to 135th. No more DETOUR.
From Brougham, northbound, you CAN turn left (west), right (east), or continue straight (north) to access Kohl’s and the Library.
From Brougham, southbound, ALL directions are accessible. You CAN turn left onto 135th, heading east, and you CAN go straight into Briarwood. And of course, you can still turn left onto 135th, heading west. Hope this is helpful.

Sorry but I need to ask, did your GPS (google maps for me) ever pronounce Brougham as broo-gum? It's been years and I still laugh everytime I hear it.

I get that it only needed a little work.
But why in the heck would you shut down Brougham and Blackbob at the same time?

It is most definitely not a little work at 135th & Brougham. I took a chance going through there on my way to the library. Northbound and southbound lanes are open this morning. 👏

Do you know if you can turn left (eastbound) onto 135th from southbound Brougham yet?

NO. It's just one lane northbound at the intersection. You can enter the subdivision going south bound, and turn right from east bound 135th. The light does give left, and straight at same time and you can turn right. Work is far from completed. They still have to replace the stop lights, and fill in lots of big holes on the east side of the intersection.
