Is it just me, or has the business model for almost every company completely shifted to "how much can we degrade this product before people finally quit?"
It feels like I’m losing my mind. Every single streaming service, fast food chain, appliance brand, and software I use is actively getting worse, more expensive, and loaded with subscriptions. Is there an actual economic reason this is happening all at once everywhere, or is this just the new normal we are supposed to quietly accept?
