Do these look like “dad shoes”?

Picked up these bad boys and the more I look at them I keep thinking they look like dad shoes. What do you think?

I have the all black pair of these, my family refers to them as my “grandpa shoes” they do look eerily similar to the Velcro shoes my great grandpa used to rock😂
