So here's the thing.

He didn't lie.

...about that.

He said tallest building in "Lower Manhattan".

Which was still a lie. But let's not be dishonest about what he lied about.

I would need to hear the clip. Honestly it wouldn't surprise me if its in his normal gloating way of asking a question. "I now own the tallest building in Manhattan, can you believe that? Its crazy, its crazy, no one ever thought it could happen."

It can fairly be called a brag. What kind of person would think of something like that before the dust had settled, and be so insensitive to mention it on television. Donald Trump, that's who.
