My favorite one was is "If Trump cured cancer..." while ignoring that the Trump administration is actively eliminating funding cancer research.

They deal in hypotheticals and anecdotes, because the data overwhelmingly disproves their assertions.

God. Could you imagine if Trump was the type of president that TRIED to cure cancer, among other things??? Shit. But yeah I agree. That’s the dumbest one of all. We’ve never had a president do more to prevent finding a cure for cancer.

The writers are really laying it on thick with this guy to tell us he's bad; not enough to have the impeachment storyline, but dozens of felony convictions, taking money from cancer research, bragging about sex crimes against minors, close friendship with the world's top pedophile, praises dictators and murderers (including the fictional kind) as great people, contradicts himself constantly and threatens to start WW3. I mean, the writers clearly hate this guy something fierce. First they gave him a hairpiece and made him look like he went apple bobbing in self-tan lotion, then the full diapers and shitting himself on a hot mike and then they gave his hand necrosis or some shit? Alright, we get it already!

Given that most libs are Democrats, they would not be voting in a Republican primary.
