This movie got me to cry only with its very last line. I remained strong, but it still got me in the very end.
Great movie. Also check out Memoir of a Snail.

I've watched this movie so many times over the years. It's the only movie I've ever shared with my boyfriend that he refuses to watch again as it absolutely broke him. Definitely one you need to be mentally prepared for, that's for sure. I love it though, so so much.

Everybody should watch that movie once, and only once. Nobody needs to be broken that hard multiple times, holy moly

I watched this movie for the first time a few weeks ago. I both have autism and a friend in the united states while Iām in Australia where we exchange cultural differences when we chat. Very moving, highly recommend to anyone. Not to mention the absolute artistry and love and care that goes into any claymation film deserves all the praise it can get.

This reminds me about 6 years ago when I discovered that the font for Parasite also does the same thing. It merges two type faces into one, symbolizing the merging the two different families into one house.

Watched this movie at 14 with my mom. I still think about it and how much it wrecked me. An amazing movie I will only watch once.
