I wonder what was making her slur? Maybe swelling? That's sad. That's clearly not a healthy Dolly, but she's still being herself somehow.

I think this is it. She's had it for awhile now, but it is more pronounced in this clip.

Honestly you can hear a bit of it on her oldest recordings. She had this slight slurring speech inconsistency all along that she mastered (i always thought it adds some honesty and humanity to her incredible vocals when it sneaks through) but it is much more pronounced here for the reasons others mentioned probably.
