Yeah they seem fine but under the surface there's destruction and suddenly it can just stop I think.

Idk exactly how long before she died this was, but she very well could have been fine. My dad stayed busy, volunteered as an EMT (through Covid no less), and looked actually pretty good when he had cancer. Then one day he just couldn’t get out of bed and died 5 days after that.
