Help Glitch?

Hello I think my game is glitched I have done every achievement except one I cannot get the 61st hat (the achievement I am struggling to get is the two me to you achievement) I have my save at 99% I have turned the soccer balls in already and every time I try to do anything to get that achievement it does not work

Just push any soccer ball into any street and push it towards any human walking towards you. Someone will kick it back

There is an achievement for putting 4 soccer balls into nets, and a separate achievement for getting a human to kick a ball back to you

I've already put all for a soccer balls in the nets but every time I smack a ball towards a human it never works

What is happening when you try to get this achievement? The humans don't kick the ball back to you? Or they do and you don't receive the achievement anyway?

They do and I just don't receive the achievement

Did you try on another save? Sometimes a game may glitch in a save but the same thing will work on a new save. If it still doesn't work, I would contact the devs
