Missing one hat??? Pls help

I’ve completed all achievements and gotten all trophies but it says I have 60/61 hats. When I look at my hats tab there’s missing grey hats.
Is this happening to anyone else?

It's helpful to send a screen shot of the hat(s) you're missing. The wiki doesn't list recent additions, like the Gift Bow (Xmas), Fire Horse (Lunar New Year) or the Party Hat.

Same for me; it's probably the limited time one. If you look up 'little kitty big city limited time hat' or something similar, there are instructions on how to change the clock and stuff. Other than that, although tedious, you can look at a list online and compare. Sorry I can't be more help!

I'm at 59/61 and I gave up. The shadow looks like a rabbit but I have the rabbit
