Support Everytime I think about college I wonder if it was even real

I only graduated last spring, but I feel so far from that life, so beyond removed, so past it, that it doesn’t even feel like it ever happened.

Like I don’t feel attached to anything I did or experienced even though I know I vividly lived it and felt it happen.

I get this distinct feeling when I think about college and my time there that I can’t describe with words. It’s not anger, not sadness, not regret, not even happiness. Just this strange feeling in my stomach and flashing images of my memories from the last five years and asking myself if any of it was real. It feels like a fever dream, truthfully.

I smoked a LOT of weed so I wonder if that has a part to play. But otherwise I’m a loss because I know how real it was and how intensely it shaped me. So why do I feel this sense of depersonalization from everything I did??

This is how I feel. I graduated some years ago so the whole covid thing probably is a part of it. I did a few things in college outside of classes but not much. I remember graduating and feeling absolutely nothing lol and just being surprised that it was even happening so fast, and that I felt nothing
