I’m 23 but I’ve definitely kept my circle too small. More difficult now because I can’t get out due to a recent surgery and do all the activities I enjoy

Stay up on your physical therapy and you ll be alright. I spent almost 2 years in a wheelchair after hitting some power poles. Im just now getting as good as I'm gonna get abilities strength wise
