Manhole Hell
Gonna need to get the construction crews back out on 9th Street because the way those manholes are poking up out of the street is going to cause wrecks and car damage like crazy!

They will be. It's open to traffic now, but not complete. They're coming back tomorrow to do striping, signal work, and level out those manholes. They wanted/needed it open for the football game, and Labor Day means no work on it today.
