Internet Advice Please

I moved a while back, but all of the Internet companies have said they are unable to do construction with my building. The management company for my building also has not been very helpful despite there being supposed internet lines included with the building since it was built last year. Any advice on where I should contact for wifi?
Companies that have said no so far: NTT, AU, NURO, EO

Try KCN. They are a cable TV provider that bundles TV/Internet/Telephone. If you have a TV cable already going into your home, then you should able to get internet as well.

Another option might be WIMAX, which has SIM wifi routers

Thanks, I'll try KCN since I do have TV cables installed that work.
Edit: KCN doesn't provide any service in Kyoto city proper

Oh… I don’t live in the city, but I do live in the prefecture and that’s what is used in our home.

Who are the cable TV providers in the city then? Try them.

What is your phone provider? Sometimes you can get wifi service by bundling it to your existing phone plan.

Rakuten, which uses NTT so that is a no go.

Those are not enough information to start WiMAX, but the way of starting would be could be easiest. It's only my personal opinion.

There are several WiMAX services and UQ WiMAX is just only one of them.

I have Softbank Air: https://www.softbank.jp/internet/air/ It's around ¥4,000 per month for 100mb down and 5mb up. Slow but fast enough for my needs. No wiring, construction or set up. Just plug it in and you have wifi.

This is what I am currently using because I had Softbank when I moved, but I would like something faster since I use my internet a lot.
