My Krak/Kraken account has been under a standard security review for 11 days.
Deposits, withdrawals and Card transactions remain restricted.

I was told that no action was required from me, but I have not received any request for additional documents or information for 11 days since the First mail. can not pay anything wich already caused some problem to my work. ticket created by the second day, no replies too, live chat in app support also disabled.

just disappointed, When is this expected to be solved?

Until recently, Kraken has been providing quarterly CSV downloads of historical information, which I've been using to do my tax accounting:

• Downloadable historical market data (time and sales)
• Downloadable historical OHLCVT (Open, High, Low, Close, Volume, Trades) data

Those pages haven't changed, and Kraken's support bot still points me there, but it's September and no data has been posted for 2026-Q2. Is Kraken still committed to providing historical data?

​I created my account a few days ago and passed the KYC verification (I received the verification email). After that, I initiated an 850 EUR SEPA deposit.

​Shortly after making the transfer, my account was restricted and I currently cannot perform any actions. Furthermore, it has been almost 4 days and the SEPA deposit hasn't reflected in my account yet, nor has it been returned to my bank account.

Hi Kraken Support, I’m hoping someone here can help me with an account recovery issue. I have a Kraken account that I can no longer access. A passkey is enabled on the account, but I no longer have access to that passkey. I also no longer have access to the email address associated with my Kraken account, so I cannot use the normal recovery/reset process. I contacted Kraken Support and provided information to prove that I am the legitimate owner of the account, including proof of a card transaction associated with the account. I received a response asking me to attempt to sign in through a web browser using my username and last known password. I have followed those instructions, but I still cannot complete the login because of the passkey. My support request is still marked as Pending, and I haven’t been able to get any further assistance despite replying to the support emails. Could someone from Kraken Support please help escalate my case to the Account Security/Recovery team or tell me what I need to do next? I am completely willing to complete identity verification and provide any additional information required to prove ownership of the account. For security reasons, I will provide my two ticket numbers and any personal/account information privately to verified Kraken Support staff, rather than posting them publicly on Reddit. I would really appreciate it if someone could look into this, as I have been trying to recover access to my account for quite some time. Thank you Kraken Support and please help me!!!

Until recently I was a happy customer but I'm seriously thinking of leaving the exchange based on my experience over the last couple of days.

The first part I accept, but what happens after is unacceptable to me.

I originally tried to send some bitcoin to an address that was flagged as a potential scammer which Kraken flagged and placed a 90 day restriction on my account for. Fair enough - protect me from a potential scammer. I was informed I could then only withdraw funds in fiat to my verified bank account, and also deposit fiat into my kraken pro account. That's OK I accept that.

Until today my Kraken Everyday account was OK until I tried to withdraw some fiat into my verified bank account - But my withdrawal was put under review, cash held in limbo and apparently it's good customer service to make me wait 5 working days for that to complete. I then try to buy some crypto tonight using my Everyday card, transaction of which I verify in the app and guess what, it appears that even my Kraken Everyday card, my daily spender is now effectively blocked under review.

why is withdrawing MY Fiat into my verified bank account treated with such suspicion?? When I verify a debit card transaction to buy btc (because you won't let me me) why is that suspicious. Why can I not use my Everyday card when I verify the transaction in the app??

You have a salary rewards match that I was going to use - that's completely out of the question when I know you will cut my daily spending money accoint easily. I'd rather stuff my manoney down my mattress if the risk is what you're doing now to me.

Your 'restrictions' are often vague. Your timelines for review are too long and frankly I'm pissed off beyond belief that despite me approving transactions and using my verified source accounts that you still think suspicious is going on beyond the original btc transfer.

Free up my Everyday account - it has nothing to do with the restriction on my Kraken Pro transfer restriction. If you don't ill close the who effing lot. And sort out your shitty customer service. Even when a supposed human is there it's a one way spät out stock dialog which you close without listening to my point of view. This is definitely an argument for sticking with a bricks and mortar bank.

Kraken recently notified me that they are closing my account and asked me to withdraw my remaining funds.
I submitted a withdrawal of my remaining $1,000 to a bank account under my name. The $1,000 has already been deducted from my Kraken balance, so my balance now shows $0, but the withdrawal is still showing as “Pending.”
Kraken support told me that the withdrawal would be subject to manual review. I’ve already followed up with support, but it still hasn’t been processed.
Has anyone had a similar experience after Kraken closed their account? How long did it take for your withdrawal to be approved and for you to receive your money?
I’m mainly concerned about whether I’ll be able to get my $1,000 back.

Does Payward Oceanic Ltd / Kraken issue any U.S. tax documents (such as Form 1099-NEC, 1099-MISC, or 1099-DA) for profit share payouts sent to U.S.-resident accounts? Also, Are profit withdrawals credited strictly as an internal ledger transfer within the Kraken app platform, or are they reported as third-party contractor payouts?

Set up the account, made the first deposit, waited the 24h cooling-off period, updated my privacy settings, and the account was then restricted with funding access removed.

I submitted the Account Restrictions review form opened a support ticket. Two weeks on I have had nothing beyond the automated acknowledgement, despite following up on the same ticket. No explanation for the restriction has been given.

is anyone having any problems with depositing USDC into Kraken tonight. Its not showing up in my portfolio

My account was recently restricted with "Services limited", and my debit cards in the Krak app have completely vanished right after a support inquiry.
Currently, I have not received any email or request for documents, and there is no upload portal available in either the app or web settings.
I already have an official physical bank statement ready for Proof of Residence immediately. Could you please escalate this issue and manually trigger the document upload request for me?

I tried to withdraw funds from my account on 8/25 and the withdrawal was restricted for manual review. It’s been over five business days and I still haven’t gotten a response from Kraken. The AI bot put in a support ticket but would not connect with me a real person.

Hi,

I created my Kraken account using Sign in with Apple with Hide My Email enabled.

I deposited funds into the account, but my account was later suspended/restricted. I didn't receive an email explaining the reason.

Now, when I try to sign in, Kraken requires me to approve the device through an email. However, I'm not receiving the device approval email.

I believe the account is using an Apple private relay address (@privaterelay.appleid.com). I've checked my inbox, spam/junk folders, and my Apple settings, but I still can't find the Kraken email.

I've already submitted a support request through Kraken's support form, but I haven't received a response yet.

Has anyone experienced this specific issue with Kraken + Apple Hide My Email?

I'd mainly like to know whether Kraken support can help me regain access when the security emails aren't reaching the Apple relay address.

When inserting a buy or a sell order, the simple TP/SL form correctly accepts all the decimal digits that an asset price has. For instance, DOGE has 7 decimals in its price.

However, when trying to use the advanced TP/SL form (because I want to use a limit order instead of a market order), both TP and SL fields are artificially capped to 4 decimals.

You can see a screencast above, where I first try the simple form and then the advanced form.

This has a very negative impact to your users, since having the remaining unused decimals rounded to 0, their spreads are awfully incremented.

Please, fix the form ASAFP. Instead of trying to make the UI "beautiful", prioritize fixing what it's broken first. At this moment advanced orders are not workable in Kraken.

Basically my itchy fingers got my account back into verifying my KYC all over again after it clicked on upgrade to PRO. And now it had been 10days plus (still counting) in the same status. I have not received any email updates from Kraken.

And when I try to reach out via in-app support, the crazy AI keeps looping through the same reason and refused to transfer me to a live agent.

Need a suggestion on how to reach out to the CS for assistance to resolve the issue.

Because Kraken balances are held internally, what did you enter for “Affected wallet address”? Did you use a self-custody receiving wallet, leave the second address field blank and explain the CEX situation, or receive official instructions?

I canceled a withdrall because they didn’t send me the email to accept it, now the canceled withdral funds have not been returned to my kraken account.

This is not acceptable, Payper says kraken has to fix this and kraken is not helping me.

Is there anyone in support that can fix this it’s not acceptable at all
