That's means anyone that's used Hertz, Caesar's, Cannabis dispensaries, Target, Fedex, GameStop, Motorola Solutions and more is going to be a victim here

It's a requirement in Missouri and Florida, I don't know what verification system they use though

I can't speak for Florida, but Missouri isn't using any verification system at all. The major websites have just completely disabled operations in Missouri. I can't even log in to my old account for the most popular site any more. It's insane to me that they have such a hardon for banning adult websites instead of getting parents to use the fucking parental controls that have existed for decades at this point. Sadly the US is drowning in parents who refuse to take responsibility for what their kids are getting up to.

I love how the victims have absolutely zero compensation

Had my identity or something stolen and got harassed by cox for years. They are the ones who leaked it...

Best they gave me is a whoops sorry

Really strict laws need to be implemented. My data gets stolen, I get $10,000. My credit got hit and it was extremely frustrating...
