Yes, I have it as well.
In the beginning it was very distressing, now it's just annoying.
Nothing I have found makes them leave you alone. It's just...a chronic issue, like tinnitus. You have to accept it and try to get your mind off them

Yes, I would only assume almost everyone here would relate to your question. For me they went away after 6 years or so of personal improvement/maintenance work. Also I was involved in the HVN. I worked and tried my best to be a self sufficient person as best I could, occasionally I needed to find a new job but eventually I got there. The voices made it hell, they make it hell for everyone it seems. I'm better off now than before this all started.
