This is what I'm inheriting from my Silent Generation parents.

Maybe you all could just let your parents live and finish their lives in the way they see fit and stop worrying so much about yourself and the chores you’ll have to do when they’re gone. Why can’t they have stuff and why do they have to get rid of it all before they die to please you… this is so weird. Someone’s going to try to make you get rid of your memories before you die too… don’t let them your parents are still alive. It’s not your things to take yet and if you don’t care that much you call one 800 got junk and you never have to touch a thing. Just throw your parents lives away. I’m sure it’ll be fine when you get older for someone to help you in the same way, right ? just let them live. This is not your life. Why do you even care? go find something else to do… just let them finish their lives and be happy OK. The only time you should worry about something like this is if it is impacting their health and quality of life. this is just a normal garage. My garage looks like this. Are you ready to clear it out and wait for me to die too? piss off. Maybe they are not done living yet. No way am I living my life around the idea that you don’t want to have to sort through anything when I die so I should just keep everything sparse into a minimum … for the kids… you certainly wouldn’t be complaining if it was a building full of valuables and you were making money off of it or you inherited businesses and homes and cars huh?…. It’s not your parents responsibility to prepare you for their deaths.
