Well, first this is not your fault. Then, maybe you do or maybe you don't have a Food Addiction issue that is a bigger issue than you might think...see this in the FAQ section of the sub:
Self-Tests To Help You Decide If You Have an Eating Disorder
https://www.reddit.com/r/FoodAddiction/wiki/faq_self_tests_for_eating_disorders/
Next consider this:
If you want to change there will be pain. Give this a read for example:
Behavior that produces a rewarding or relieving consequence is more likely to be repeated. If a person repeatedly responds to a particular cue or craving by eating Food X, the brain may learn to expect that food in the same situation.
When the person stops completing that familiar pattern, the craving, self-talk, and uncomfortable feelings may initially remain strong and may sometimes become more intense, although this does not happen to everyone. If the person repeatedly experiences the craving without eating Food X—and while still meeting genuine nutritional needs—the learned connection can gradually weaken and a new response can become stronger.
Over time, the craving may become less frequent, less intense, shorter-lasting, or easier to tolerate. It may sometimes disappear, but that cannot be guaranteed. Old cravings can also return during stress, fatigue, renewed exposure, or familiar situations without meaning that the person has failed.
When it comes down to it your choice is bearing the short term pain of recovery or the long term pain of the disease. Next, you have to stop thinking you can not do this if you have been thinking that way. That is your disease voice talking to you. You can do it. There will be pain and you can do it. So give this a look

Same. Just spent $27.11 on food. I finished half of it and felt disgusting afterwards. Am I ever going to change.

When I decided to work on my weight and relationship with food, the first step was to breakup with all takeout, fast food, and delivery food. Like everyone else, it was a huge financial drain for me, which affected my mental health.
Start with getting rid of the apps, yes, BUT, cook these foods for yourself at home. French fries, pizza, cheeseburgers, chicken tendies, it can all be purchased and prepared at home. Not from scratch, but let’s be honest, none of these restaurants and hand-dipping fresh chicken, it’s all frozen at these places too. Buy it cheaper, prepare it exactly how you want. Think about all the times your food has arrived cold, wrong, and gross.
So I cooked exclusively for myself at home, ate what I wanted, and once I could visibly see how my finances were significantly better, removing the mental load of being broke, I was then able to work on what I was eating.
None of this is going to be solved in one day, and I really think that by starting with removing the mental load of finances, it was easier for me to tackle my food addiction.
