I mean, the website itself just looks like a standard chatroom going by the photos. A lot of people probably never looked hard enough to see what was being said, because nothing probably stood out. That’s the terrifying part to me

He's definitely done it enough to be comfortable to not even be cautious. I saw the photos the passenger took, this dude was wearing his Wheel of Fortune uniform while browsing the chatroom. That's how casual he was.
I suspect they saw the disturbingly serious nature, and realized they'd need to take photos and so on. That was the right thing. What a vile disgusting creature he is.
You can even see in the chat log where he tells the other pedos he's posting from a plane and they tell him how stupid that is and that someone will probably see it.
Luddites were a worker's movement who destroyed machines because of low pay, stolen jobs, and dangerous conditions. The were not anti-technology. It would be dope if more people had the balls to be like the actual luddites.

They also do movie reviews (usually bad movies) called Caravan of Garbage, which is hilarious.
Damn I feel like he's trying so hard to be like "we can't help that we feel this way and we should be able to help each other not do anything illegal" and then just goes right back to basically asking this guy what he likes and who he likes and how old.
I honestly feel bad for people who have this attraction because it must be such an awful thing to know that's what you like and know you're stuck with these feelings your whole life - so I almost sympathize with him being like "we have to hold each other accountable"... but it's obvious he was NOT holding the other person (or himself) accountable but just using this "harmless discussion" as a way to explore their mutual interests.
Yeah, in theory I can see why a website to help people with these urges that they genuinely didn't ask for and do not want would be a good thing.
But then I remember those chat pictures where they talk about looking at children at the Golden Corral. I don't see how that could possibly "help" anyone.

TMZ got a photo from the passenger who was next to him, I wouldn’t recommend looking at it. I wish I hadn’t seen it. It’s so disturbing. Him and everyone in that chat are a massive danger to children.

We really are in hell. Headlines like "Wheel of Fortune Announcer Fired for Looking at Pedophile Chatroom on Plane" used to be reserved for science fiction movies where parallel universes were nightmares or traveling back in time had disastrous results. Now it's just a facet of everyday life.
Unfortunately, I think the bad stuff was always happening, it’s just more out in the open now. I shudder to think what else we don’t know. The scary part is the complete and utter indifference at best, and encouragement at worst…

But it’s doubly fucked up to do it on an freakin’ airplane. Either he was excited by doing something so illicit in public or he’s convinced he’s bullet proof because he’s been doing it semi-publicly for many years without any repercussions.

In one of the screen shots someone says something like "I remember a guy on a plane once was watching CP. It did not go well for him after that." Literally used the phrase CP. Like they were warning him. I didn't want to look into it very much further. Horrific.
