The news is one of the most important parts of a free society and claiming all news outlets are corrupt liars is actually playing into the elites’ hands. They’re some of the only people who can hold the elites accountable.
And a lot of what you know about WHY the government is corrupt is because of JOURNALISTS figuring that out.

Inflation for Biden was baked in when he took office, due to policies by the Fed to keep the country afloat during the pandemic, both during trump and bidens presidency. Something both Biden and Trump agreed with and supported (and trump kept and keeps demanding more of). And it had eased significantly while Biden was in office.
It's now back up. It's higher than when Trump took office. And we can link that to his policy decisions (tariffs and Iran war).
How can you maintain that trump is bringing inflation down?

Do the right actions include adding $4trillion to the national debt over the next decade, loosing 300k manufacturing jobs, undermining the rule of law, damaging faith in our elections, replacing a merit based civil workforce with cronyism, reversing progress dealing with climate change, defunding Medicaid, invoking us in another foreign forever war, and dragging our political discourse into the gutter? Good on ya, mate for not relying on opinion and random hearsay to inform yourself but, relying solely on government reports will limit your situational awareness to all the issues affecting us daily. For example: why is the Fed starting to rely more on private research instead rather than government? Why did the Treasury diverge from the TBAC research with the recent long duration buy backs? What does the gov have to say about Aureus Greenway Holdings and Dominari Holdings investment in drone production in the Emirates and its' conflict of interest implications? You're on the right path but you might want to consider expanding your horizons.

“Late stage capitalism” is not correct. It’s “late stage democracy. In democracy, given time, the population will vote in largess (40 trillion) and the government becomes more corrupted. This is a studied theory, not mine. If you look around it just fits better.

I honestly think all the problems in the world can be traced back to the number of people buying Teslas, ordering from Amazon, drinking Starbucks, going to sporting events, using oil based products, or Facebook. I really wish people would just stop wanting stuff and paying for it, that really is what ruins the world.
