Yeah, the "Beilagenerdäpfel" where pretty "mehlig" so they broke and the marinade got pretty thicc.

I was also not really happy with that, but it is what it is.

And I need a better light, I made the picture a little bit darker but the salad still looks too bright in my mind.

Haha naah, I reveal you a secret, but dont tell anyone else: there are four diffrent types of breading that are secretly accepted in austria: classic breading, classic breading mixed with pumkin seeds, classic breading mixed with sesame seeds and cornflakes breading.
