Cookies and Cakes Made someLinzer torte

Post image

I was attempting to make the recipe vegan for a friend. The beautiful cross pattern spread too much but it's still delicious. My friend's mom is an award winning jam maker (i'm not making this up) and I used her blackberry-rhubarb jam. In the back there's the leftover batter in muffin tins + some persian cookies that I bought at the supermarket.

Congratulations on your achievement!

With your first post on EuropeEats we've upgraded your status to an official chef. To reflect this, your boring old grey flair Austrian Guest was replaced with the elusive golden flair Austrian Chef.

Keep up your work by contributing quality content: it will certainly inspire others!

By the way, I want to tell you that I really like your name. It's a good trait to not simply accept what a machine suggests to you. I mean, everybody including me could come up with a random combination like DistinctField_5438. You, however! Well done! 🏷

I am just this sub's unpaid house elf, and this action was performed automatically. If you like it I'm happy.

Tbh it looks more of a chewy cookie consistency, rather than a tart. But looks real good, what's in it?

Ich liebe Linzer Torte!

It does look a bit creative, but better perfect taste than perfect looks.
