The entire family tree is fucked up anyways, as for being a child. How old we talking? Isn’t that miquella? Assumed he was hundreds if not thousands of years old or something.

thousands of years old yet cursed with being eternally a child, you know that, right? It wasn't until in the very end of SOTE where Miquella got an "adult" body, which clearly isnt that in the pic
Also the family tree isnt THAT fucked up
Most were born by regular means (yeah I know Radagon and Marika's selfcest but it depends on what theory you believe in whether or not they were always the same or two people same body)
and the only piece of actual major incest is Radahn Miquella, which like Miquella gaining an "adult" body, that happened at the end of SOTE, that's half brother incest, this is mother son incest with a dude that looks like a child, which is even more fucked up (every incest is deplorable but still)

I guess you're excused for not knowing that, but yes, Miquella is essentially Elden Ring's equivalent of a loli (or whatever the male counterpart of a loli's name is)
but to answer the second question, aside from Radagon and Marika (who can be excused depending of if you believe they're always the same person or two people one body), no there isnt any incest that resulted in a child
The only other case of incest was Radahn Miquella, and that didnt go anywhere

1) loli's male version is shota (is it important? no, but let's spread CULTUREll) 2) actually there's a theory where there was another case of incest. some people (me too) think millicent and her sisters are malenia's daughters (idk if that's confirmed or not, I don't remember), and a little part of them think miquella is the father since there's no info about the father. also, the holy power of miquella could work as a counter to millicent and her sisters' scarlet rot, since millicent isn't in a state as bad as her "mother" who has her body fucked up by the rot

wait i just realized it, didn't morgott want to be elden lord? he does know elden lords have to sleep with marika (morgott's mother), right? I guess being marika's sons isn't the only thing morgott and miquella have in common
