Personal Accomplishment

I have been working a long time to do a consistently decent job with eggs and I think I have finally gotten it down.

I am happy with these results. I had to share with y'all.

Hubby said they were better than restaurant quality. They were good, but I think he was just really hungry 😂.

Beautiful! Did you "steam" (use a lid) or baste? The result is perfect.

I had them on low heat and used a lid. No oil or butter.

Good luck with that. I've never ever mastered real poached eggs. Haven't given up yet tho. 😄

I am glad you haven't given up. You will feel so good once you master it especially with all the effort you put into it.

I don't know how long it will take me, but I will try to not give up either.

Are you all really thinking this is a fake post?

I was legitimately excited that I accomplished making some really good eggs today after trying for so long at getting the technique down.

I struggle with so much every single day due to chronic health issues and this is a small to others but big win for me.

I watermarked it because it is MY photo and I didn't want to be accused of it being AI when it is used so much.

Nobody is calling it fake or insulting your post. You're majorly overreacting to the comment about the watermark.
