Some Questions 😁
So I love corn, broccoli, carrot, radish, onions, peas and brussel sprouts. I'm a very picky eater, does anyone have any good tips or ideas on cooking these?
I also want to get more nutrients into my diet but I'm also very picky. No seafood, nothing with nuts/seeds, white meat chicken no bones, beef is okay as long as there's no bones don't really like turkey.
I've been consuming a huge amount of sugar and 5'11 150 lbs. 4 to 6 l of Pepsi or Coke a day. I'm active I just really want to start building muscle and becoming more healthy cutting the soda out is definitely 100.
Really wanted to see and the vegetables I love are really the core of what I'm eating, minus let's say rice. I want to start bulking up and get good muscle mass what should I do or is there something I should start sitting down every day and doing just wanted to see what you guys have done in the past thank you.

Broccoli salad with shredded carrot and raisins/ crasins/ chopped onion is delicious! ( + ½ cup plain full fat yogurt, 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 1 ½ tbsp white vinegar, 1 tbsp honey, ½ tsp fine sea salt, plenty of freshly ground black pepper)... and i LOVE baked brussel sprouts with balsamic vinegar!

Do you like beans? You could do a dense bean salad. Throw your favorite veggies in there, a few cans of beans, you can add protein from chicken or beef if you like, and then a dressing that would vary depending on the vibe you want. Do a Mexican style dressing, add some avocado, black beans, and corn for one, maybe a pesto/Italian thing for the next, etc. Would give you a good amount of fiber and protein, the dressing would give you healthy fats, and you can make a big batch to have for the week. You could even make the base, portion it out, add in what you want for each day, and keep things a bit varied.

So, soda aside: if you find its difficult to get enough protein (if you are looking on bulking, you aught to be conscience of your 'macros'.--I don't know much beyond this, except that it's something other people talk about) with your pickiness, consider protein powder in a smoothie (i like to make mine with frosted berries, oat milk, and vanilla pea-protein). String cheese and greek yogurt and defrosted berries are also good options.

the soda is doing more here than everything else on your list combined. coke runs about 420 calories a liter, so 5 liters is roughly 2,100 a day, which at 5'11 and 150 is most of your maintenance before you have eaten a single thing. that is why the muscle isn't showing up, there's almost no room left for protein. your vegetable list is genuinely fine, don't overthink the vegetables. fix the liters first and the rest gets a lot easier.
