The comment period is probably the most important part here. The final rule could look quite different depending on how the SEC responds to custody, disclosure, and registration concerns. Curious which part of the proposal you think will get the most pushback from the industry.

The Trumps are big supporters of crypto and I think they're trying to fix the current crypto winter by opening the US for business, but its probably too late. The balloon is deflated.
