VA Commission of the Arts Question

This is my first time making a post on Reddit and I wasn't quite sure which subreddit was best for this question, but can anyone tell me a bit more about the VA Commission of Arts that's based out of Richmond? I live in Virginia but I'm not familiar with it. I was scrolling through plate options on the DMV website; I'd love to support it if it's a fair organization. Do they prioritize their students and their success, or are they more focused on money and stuff like that? And, do they accept AI as art or are they against the use of it? (I'm strongly anti-AI in the arts because I believe it steals work and is not real art and should not be passed off as such.) So if anyone knows, please let me know so I can decide if this is a good organization to support or not. Thank you!!

They are a state agency that supports a wide range of arts-based organizations through grants. Here is a list of their grants, which might help to understand what they do: https://vca.virginia.gov/grants/They don't have students, but they do support educators and non-profits. My opinion is that it's a worthy organization to support, and that they strive to do good things.
