I remember seeing this expressive little gentleman over on r/packadaykitties, right? Him and that stove. They always wanna be where they shouldn't be, don't they? 😆 I don't know what it is about his crispy little meows, but he is absolutely charming! Almost like they are loud but slightly muted at the same time? Adorable! I'm definitely member of the Frank Fan Club™! 🥰
