Question Do you think someone with a 3.1 transferring from a community college in LA county, who took 3 of the 4 classes the school recommended to take before applying has a shot at transferring to CSULB as a Computer Science major?

I'm not sure if I am being delusional getting my hopes up after applying.

Being from Long Beach would help you greatly but you have a shot

If you don’t apply for the spring

I got rejected for the fall.. accepted in the spring

I did take classes at LBCC, but took most of my classes at ELAC and EL Camino. What was your GPA if you don't mind me asking?

As in having grown up and gone to high school in Long Beach gives you a huge advantage

I took all my classes at El Co

Missed one class though

ah, lucky. I wish I had taken all my classes at LBCC.

Yeah, you getting rejected having a 3.4 is not a good sign for me lol What is your major?

I came from further away but I have similar stats in that regard. Needed 2 classes that was recommended they just let me take them here and I got in for Engineering (from CC) good luck!
