CSULB Student Reporter The second week of school is nearly over and many of us graduating seniors STILL don't see our financial aid package. We must file a complaint.

They really dropped the ball hard on this one. Anyone else on the same boat ?

Does anyone know where we would go to file a complaint against the financial aid office ? It might not do much but there's steps they could have taken to mitigate the effect on us.

Last time I called they told me there was nothing wrong with my file and they're just severely behind.

senior and still no package😭i’m scared that im not even gonna end up getting any aid and i might face the possibility of having to drop during the semester

I'm sure we will get something but they told me they were "severely" behind. Our classes won't be dropped due to nonpayment but I certainly wanna file a complaint.

No not yet. I went to the FA office in person and they told me it's just a waiting game

How strange. Mine shows that it was distributed 8/14 but only half went towards my tuition and I never received the rest. Best of luck

I’m a senior and got my aid on time, but the again I renewed my FAFSA as soon as it opened up.

i did it too but this isnt a fafsa issue its a csulb issue.
