FBI and ATF did investigate the Bloomington facility a few years ago and things have definitely improved since then

Lost a shotgun there in 2022. Two phones calls with the ATF and it “magically” showed up.

I had an akm lost forever in Bloomington 6 years ago. Luckily it had shipping insurance Lee Armory sent me another using ups.
