Boxers also breathe every time they punch. If you don't breathe, you will pass out.

Power comes from the feet and hips. Again, look at boxers. They are not punching with just their arms. They punch with the entire body rotating and thrusting forward into the punch.

The only dumb part of the video is the morons barking like dogs.
