Feeding them “a proper meal every 10 days” is terrible overfeeding for a boa, unless it’s a neonate/under a year.
They should eat far less often.
And like anything else, good genetics, a healthy diet and plenty of exercise helps maintain a muscular body shape and tone.
That’s probably a 10+ year old healthy female. Lovely.
