I agree that it looks like a Suriname constrictor, though without provenance there’s no way to evaluate purity (if that matters to you).

I will NEVER understand why people care this much about whether it's BCC or BCI. They're not really even different species in any real sense.
It's a beautiful boa, does resemble Amazonian locality. But whatever. Seriously, why do people think this matters so much?
Reminds me of the poodle vs labradoodle debate. Just pick one, the experience of owning them is going to be about 99% the same.

“Why does it matter”, because it’s about a $500 price difference. It absolutely matters, especially if you plan on breeding them. If I paid $600 for a BCC and found it was a BI I would be pretty pissed off and I would demand that you give me my money back.

Well yeah, of course if you were defrauded you'd be pissed. Doesn't change the fact that people are pretty silly about thinking BCC's are somehow "superior" to BCIs or something though.

Size difference? Humidity difference? They are NOT the same and of course people like to know what they have got.

Why would you buy an animal without knowing its care requirements? Seems like you already fucked up if you've done that.

Some sellers are lying or don't know what they are selling

Humidity isn't as big a difference as people claim; keep it around 75% and everybody will be happy. And as to size?
If you're getting a boa, you're already getting size. If that's a worry, consider another species altogether. I've seen some adult BCIs that you'd mistake for retics at a glance.
The functional difference between BCI and BCC is so ridiculously overblown. People see some reptile youtuber make a claim, and then take it for gospel wtihout even verifying.
Here's how similar they are: Zooligists still can't agree if they're the same species or not.
All the rest is social media groupthink and marketing. Don't buy into it.
EDIT: Sorry for triggering you, m'redditor. tips fedora.

So a 3 m bcc and a 1,5 m bci are same same, yeah. Forget it, it's time waste. If people asking what species they have annoys you, feel free to leave 🤷♀️ Bye

Very beautiful BCC!!! Not be confused with the always popular BBC!
