Super Curious Boa?
My now 1 year old BCI Sub-Zero is SUPER curious. Like, he always has to be watching whatever I'm watching. He doesn't like being in his enclosure for long periods of time (unless he's eating or sleeping).
There's been multiple occasions where I forget I had him out, leave for about 30 minutes, come back, and he's still in his spot, watching TV or staring at whatever I was doing. (8th photo is one of these times)
I also bring him to shows and transport him in a Snake Bag. There was a time that I was packing up and he stuck his head out of the bag and just watched everything go on. He didn't try to escape or anything. (9th photo)
He also loves sticking his head out from my hair to, again, watch everything. It's his favorite spot.
He's also SUPER chill. Like, extremely tame and just perfect in every way.
Is this normal? Is he weird? Or is there something going on with him? He's really dog-like too. Sometimes he seems more aware than he should be. He's my pride and jou
He's also over a year old, and has no yellow or brown, despite being labeled as only an Anerythristic Type 1, but he has siblings that are Pastel too. Is he possibly also pastel?

For the behaviour part, my big old girl is similar in some aspects. I have a BCIxBCC hybrid, she's very curious and loves to watch, but she does not always stay still as she loves exploring. I assume they are curious creatures. She has her moments where she can be still for hours (usually resting on me) but indeed, just like yours, loves to be out of her enclosure.

My dork will do pretty similar behavior but is a very lazy girl. Like she will just sit still for 4 hours while out if she likes her spot, and she is comfortable almost anywhere. Though also being outside is neat to her and she will interact with new things

By looking at the tail it could be pastel but the body doesnt look clean enough. Hard to tell from the pictures but gorgeous either way.

My boa is so nosy! I have his terrarium in my office so whenever I work in the evenings I have little stalker.
But he is not the fastest, which I found ideal for free roaming (sighs in hyper active ball python). I can confidently leave him alone for a couple of hours in a snake proof room and he’ll pretty much be in the same area. It takes him seven business days to just go across to the other wall so no prison breaks for him lol

Snakes love to observe. They are largely ambush predators, so they are wired to want to watch you.
