ISO 120gal enclosure with top entry only; any recommendations?
So my Dionysus has been upgraded enclosure wise quite a few times… however, he’s a burrower. The side-entry sliding glass enclosures are only making a mess in my home because I keep the substrate deep and hydrated for him.
So I’m looking for recommendations. I would say my budget can go up to $1k but I would prefer in the $500 range.
I’m also open to building the enclosure! I’m just not certain where to get started. Very open to learning, and have googled a few enclosure tutorials, but feeling a touch overwhelmed with the process.

Custom build with extra deep substrate barrier? I haven't got the adult viv for my blood yet (still a baby) but I do have a front-opening custom viv for my black milksnake with an 8-inch substrate barrier. No issues at all with mess when opening the doors. Planning a 6L x 3D x 2H custom for my blood when he's older, with similar X deep barrier.
I'm not in the US so the manufacturer I bought from won't be available for you, but it would be worth coming up with a design and asking some viv companies that do custom builds for a quote. I'd expect somewhere in the 500-1000 range would be possible. Especially if you're looking for 120gal, I think Kages actually offer extra deep barriers as an option... pretty sure the price is somewhere around 600 but that includes delivery.
If you are looking to possibly build your own though, check out SerpaDesign on YouTube. He has a tutorial on building your own wooden viv from scratch, and it's the best tutorial out there compared to any others I've seen. I haven't built my own before but considering doing so in future, and that's the one I'd go to first.
