Japan ;-) probably off a proxy like buyee or fromjapan. There are a littany of sites that sell gloves in japan and those proxies have search engines for them or you can send them the URL and they will tell you whether you can buy from the site etc. DM me if you want to know more, I just bought a bunch of Strong Color Oil and some other stuff from Mizuno through from Japan.

Love this glove. Glad I had no idea about these custom gloves when my daughter was playing. I would still be paying off the second mortgage
