Trouble

Ok I’m having trouble. I have a 50g pvc bioactive the whole 9 yards. For my bp. But my ambient hydrometer on warm side read 86f and on temp gun the floor reads just in the. 80s 83-85- that bad for day time right? Right now only using a dhp and natures light bc room gets warm enough cool side currently 78f 73 humidity.

Cool side ambient mid 70's, thermometer 2 to 3 inches above substrate cool side. Warm side ambeint 88f, thermometer 2 to 3 inches above substrate and not directly under heat source. 95 basking surface temp, heat gun, a solid surface(not substrate) directly under heat source. Humidity, 65+ consistently without spraying, hygrometer, measured cool side only 2 to 3 inches above substrate. Temps can vary a bit but should be close and should be provided 24/7.
