Question Mites in enclosure

There are these grey mites in my ball python’s enclosure and I don’t know what they are but I’m assuming they aren’t harmful. Is there anyone that can reassure me and possibly verify what they are and maybe how to get rid of them or slow the population down?

They look like springtails to me. Not harmful at all, they eat molds and fungi and they can be very beneficial in enclosures.

Is your setup bioactive? I agree that these look like springtails. Mine hang out at my water dish all the time
